Frequently asked questions

Buying a Meraas home through Wincasa

FAQ

The questions buyers actually ask, answered plainly. Wincasa Properties is the brokerage you are dealing with; Meraas is the developer of every project on this site. If your question is not here, send it to a consultant and you will get a straight answer the same day.

You buy the home from Meraas. The sale and purchase agreement is between you and the developer, the unit is registered to you with the Dubai Land Department, and your instalments go to the project's escrow account. Wincasa Properties (Wincasa LLC) is the brokerage: an authorised sales partner that advises you, reserves the unit on your behalf and runs the paperwork. Your enquiry on this site reaches Wincasa, not the developer.

Fees, loan-to-value limits, mortgage terms and visa thresholds quoted on this page are general information about the Dubai market, correct to the best of our knowledge on 8 September 2026 and subject to prevailing regulations. Project figures — prices, plans, construction percentages and handover dates — are Meraas' own published figures and can change without notice. None of this is financial, tax, legal or immigration advice.
